Welcome to the training "Opening the outdoor unit" on a WOLF heat pump CHA! For this training you will need a Torx 30 screwdriver and a PH1 screwdriver.

Torx 30 screwdriver

PH1 screwdriver

1. Loosen the 4 screws of the upper cladding with the Torx 30 screwdriver.

2. Remove the upper fairing tilting from the back to the front and set it aside.

3. Loosen the 3 screws on the bottom of the outdoor unit using the PH1 screwdriver.

4. Remove the side paneling tilting upward and set aside.

5. Loosen the 4 screws of the side metal panel of the bottom console with the PH1 screwdriver. Attention. The panel is not fixed elsewhere.

6. Remove the side metal panel of the floor console and set it aside.

7. The "Opening the outdoor unit" training on a WOLF CHA heat pump is now successfully completed.

Welcome to the training "Cleaning the dirt filter" on a WOLF CHA heat pump! For this training you will need a cloth and a magnetic rod.

1. Place a cloth on the inner floor panel of the outdoor unit in front of the compressor so that no water runs under it.

2. Place the bucket in front of the unit.

3. Take the hose from the drain cock out of the floor opening and place it outside.

4. Open the valve and make sure that the water drains out through the hose.

5. Once no more water is flowing, close the valve.

6. Remove the blow-out pipe for the safety valve.

7. Remove the cotter pin on the pipe to the air/refrigerant separator.

8. Remove the pipe and carefully push it aside.

9. Remove the cotter pin on the return sensor.

10. Pull out the return sensor.

11. Remove the two cotter pins on the dirt filter and on the drain cock.

12. Pull out the pipe. The dirt filter can now be seen.

13. Remove the filter to be cleaned with the aid of a magnetic rod and then clean it.

14. Replace the cleaned dirt filter.

15. Reinsert the tube.

16. Secure the tube with the two cotter pins removed earlier.

17. Put the return probe back in.

18. Secure it with the cotter pin.

19. Reinsert the pipe to the air/refrigerant separator.

20. Secure the pipe with the cotter pin.

21. Reinsert the blow-out line for the safety valve.

22. Please remove the cloth from the outdoor unit.

23. Place the hose from the drain cock in the bottom opening.

24. WOLF CHA heat pump is hereby successfully completed.

1. Insert the side panel from top to bottom.

2. Use the PH1 screwdriver to fix the lateral cladding with the three screws.

3. Replace the lateral metal panel of the floor console.

4. Screw the lateral metal panel of the floor console in place using the four screws and the PH1 screwdriver.

5. Replace the top panel tilting from front to back. Pay attention to the groove.

6. Fasten the upper cladding with the four screws and the Torx 30 screwdriver.

7. The "Closing the outdoor unit" training on a WOLF CHA heat pump is now successfully completed.
